ASAP Mobile App
We are excited to announce the launch of ASAP Connect VA, a new mobile app designed to support clients who are already enrolled in the ASAP program.
ASAP Connect VA offers a range of features to make client interactions more convenient and accessible, including the ability for clients to:
- Update their contact information (automatically synced with ECM)
- View their balances and make payments
- View and e-sign certain documents
- Answer secure video calls from their case manager without the need for a desktop computer
- Securely chat with their case manager with auto-translation into 9 languages
- Access a list of approved treatment providers and select one for assessment
- Electronically sign their treatment consent form
Note, this app is not for online enrollment and is designed only for clients who are already enrolled in the program. It is available for download now in the Apple and Android stores.
